Welcome to the Counseling Department

Each incoming freshman class will have a dedicated counselor for the year. The Counselor will work directly with the class beginning in the spring of eighth grade and throughout their freshman year to ensure a smooth transition from the middle school and to help students build a strong foundation at RHS.

Beginning sophomore year, each student will be assigned a school counselor as well as a college and career counselor who will work with the student from the beginning of sophomore year through graduation. The school counselor will support student social-emotional well being and provide guidance and assistance for students' day-to-day needs.

The college and career counselors are specialists who will focus on furthering communication, planning, and support for students and families related to post-secondary college and career goals.

To discuss a question or concern, or to schedule an appointment, students and families can contact their counselor directly by phone or email.

July 23-25: 9:00am-4:00pm
Radnor High School is excited to partner with Vanguard to provide a career exploration experience to twenty rising seniors. The 3-day career exploration program will offer insights into various career options within the investment and fintech industry. Throughout the program, members of the Class of 2025 will engage in activities focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and presentations, while learning about real-world professional responsibilities. Participation in the program is free, and students only need to arrange their transportation to Vanguard's Malvern campus and commit to attending all three days.
