Gabriel Presley Appointed New Assistant Principal at RHS

Congratulations to Mr. Gabriel Presley, appointed by the RTSD School Board as a new Radnor High School Assistant Principal at the Board's monthly business meeting on August 29, 2023.  

Mr. Presley joins RTSD from the School District of Philadelphia where he served as the Assistant Principal of Thomas Alva Edison High School overseeing the administration of school programs and the implementation of policies, assisting in staff development, resource management, and instructional program development among other responsibilities.  

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Presley serves on the Lindback Award Teacher Selection Committee and is a mentor in the Penn Mentorship in Preparing Teachers program at the University of Pennsylvania. He has also served as a head swim coach for 15 years in Philadelphia. Mr. Presley is a 2021 Lindback Foundations Award for Distinguished Teachers winner.  

Mr. Presley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology from La Salle University; a Master of Education from Eastern University; and a Master of Science in Education and Principal Certification from the University of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Presley takes over for Dr. MacNamara, who took on the role of principal of Radnor High School earlier this summer.
