Class of 2022 Commencement Will Return to Finneran Pavilion

Dear Radnor High School Parents/Guardians,

Graduation is a little over two months away, and the big day will be here before we know it. In an effort to maintain clear and consistent communication with our parents and the larger Radnor community, we are writing to share some general information about graduation with everyone.

Villanova was incredibly gracious last year to allow us access to their football stadium for graduation. It was a memorable commencement, and using the stadium allowed us to provide a safe environment for our families in the midst of the global pandemic. We are excited to announce that this year, and hopefully for many years to come, we will have commencement for the Class of 2022 in the Finneran Pavilion at Villanova University (800 Lancaster Ave., Villanova). There are no limits to the number of guests that a family can bring, and masking is recommended but not required. We would like to thank Villanova for continuing our partnership, and always making it a priority to build a strong relationship with Radnor High School and the larger Radnor community.

The commencement ceremony for the Radnor High School Class of 2022 will take place at Villanova University’s Finneran Pavilion on Wednesday, June 8 beginning at 4 pm. All Radnor High School students will have a half day of school that day.

Information about the Class of 2022 senior events, including graduation, can be found on the Senior Information webpage. This page will be updated in the coming weeks with information about Baccalaureate, Senior Recognition Night and other senior events. Please continue to check back.

Each year commencement is bittersweet, providing us an opportunity to celebrate, and at the same time turning the page on our seniors’ high school careers. We are proud of the varied and distinguished accomplishments of the Class of 2022. On their behalf, I thank you for all of the care and support you provided to get them to this point. We are excited to share their special day and hope you can join us for Commencement on June 8.
